Your Fairy will review your cleaning priorities before beginning.

The package includes one cleaning professional for two hours, with attention focused on the kitchen, bathroom, and refrigerator.

Services are completed according to the condition of the home and the available appointment time. The checklist describes the available service scope; completion of every listed task is not guaranteed.

Heavy grease removal, excessive buildup, full-home deep cleaning, complete pantry or cabinet organization, and oven interior cleaning are not included.

Additional services or time require a separate quote, customer approval, and payment before the extra work begins.

Ordinary household cleaning only. We do not provide unattended-death, decomposition, bodily-fluid, hazardous-waste, biohazard or crime-scene cleanup. Keepsake organization is a separate service.

Thoughtful organization of photographs, letters, cards, memory boxes, sentimental belongings and family-designated heirlooms during transitions, downsizing or after a loss. We arrange practical storage and prepare items for family distribution according to your instructions.

You or your authorized representative make every decision about keeping, donating, selling, storing or discarding belongings. We never independently discard sentimental items. This is organization, not conservation, appraisal, estate valuation or archival restoration.

Bedroom Refreshes are complimentary within an existing scheduled appointment, up to your annual allowance. Scheduling privileges are subject to availability and do not include additional free cleaning appointments.

One $25 VIP Special Discount per membership year. Fairy Focus Rotation™ is included within regularly scheduled cleaning time, without complimentary additional hours.

Royal payment is your choice: one full payment of $499 or two payments of $249.50, after eligibility is satisfied. Payment timing and written terms are confirmed before any payment is collected.

Enhanced referral credit is $35 instead of the standard $25. Within the five-referral annual cap: Weekly allows up to 4 enhanced and 1 standard; Biweekly up to 3 enhanced and 2 standard; Monthly up to 2 enhanced and 3 standard. Each qualifying referral earns only one credit after the referred customer completes and pays for an eligible service.

Existing cancellation and no-show policies apply to every member. Membership provides no cancellation benefits.
